I recently read a report from Associated Press which focused on Tim Lincecum, the Giants spectacular pitcher. He is now facing charges against the judge of San Francisco. According to Steve Schatzel, the police spokesperson, Tm Lincecum was caught on a high speed drive at the Interstate 5, in the town of Hazel Dell which is four miles from the border of Oregon.

The police officer pulled him for his over speeding and as the officer approached his car, he smell's marijuana fumes at Lincecum pulled down his door window. As the police asked him about it, Lincecum immediately complied with the officer request. He hand over the marijuana (weeds) and its pipe from the center console of his car.

Tim Lincecum is a 2008 Cy Young Award winner and the former University of Washington game star. Right now, he face a misdemeanor possession of drugs paraphernalia and weeds from his car and of course his case for driving 75-mile-per-hour in a 60 mph zone.
