David Tyner or David Allen Tyner issued with an arrest warrant from Locust Grove Oklahoma in a six murder complaints. This is because the two victims, Milagrous Barrerra and Brooke Phillips was reportedly pregnant. Tyner is a 28-year-old man who was been issued a warrant but this is not officially charged because he is just under the suspicion for a murders.

According to report, one of this murder case victim was Brooke Phillips who will supposedly featured for the upcoming HBO's "Cathouse" series. She a 22-year-old pregnant. David Tyner surrenders at Mayes County Sheriff's Department.

Milagrous Barrerra is also a pregnant woman who also died because of the gun shot wounds. According to recent report about the issue, police found their four bodies last November 9, 2009 in a burning home at Soutwest side. There were four of the burning bodies and the other two was not been yet identified because they are badly burned by the incident.

Police interviewed 31-year-old Jose Fernando Fierro, who rented the home and was the only person to survive the fire, but said he is not a suspect. That sounds rather suspicious to me, he was in the burning house with four dead bodies, escaped but is not a suspect?

Authorities believe they have their prime suspect however police Sgt. Gary Knight states, “We don’t believe he acted alone, we’ve identified the one suspect, but that doesn’t yet tell us what his motive is for doing this.”
