Last Monday, November 1, 2009, a voluntary announcement was given into public for ground beef recall because of more than half-million pounds of ground beef that might be contaminated with any bacteria which is linked to the death of two persons.
The Fairbank Farms based in Ashville of New York said in their statement that the recalls issued last Saturday for approximately 500-pounds of ground beef from September 14, and 14 produced was possibly linked to E-coli 0157:H7 bacteria.
