Brendan Adams seems to be the next tallest teens and right now, he's got to play football. He's only 14-years-old but he is already 7-foot and 5-inches tall. And according to Guinness World Records, he was the tallest teens living in the history. The recent news about Adams was a medical clearance to play football. Adams suffers from tumors, arthritis, and he also have a heart arrhythmia and he's struggle to be counted in a football team.

The middle school team come up a play for Brendan which is special for him because he can not run. Brendan plays just 5-yards on the field, he's just a ball catcher after the quarterback lobs from him. He is towering in the field and according to his teammates, he's a secret weapon because of his foolproof moves.
