The New York Yankees will celebrate it's 27th Championship victory this coming Friday morning, October 6, 2009. The parade will start at Broadway at Battery Place and will end at the City Hall Plaza. The entire parade will round at the Canyon of Heroes financial district in New York City.

Ticker-Tape Parade of Yankees

According to reports, the newly re-elected Mayor Michael Bloomberg will address the celebration and the victory of New York Yankees in Major League Baseball (MLB) for this year championship game. According to Blookberg:
"Congratulations to the Yankees for bringing the world championship back home to New York City, where it belongs," said Mayor Bloomberg. "The Yankees have thrilled the city all year long with their come-from-behind victories and never-say-die attitude, and they did it again in the World Series. What's sweeter than a World Series won at home? The only thing that comes close is a ticker-tape parade up the Canyon of Heroes, and that's exactly what New Yorkers will get on Friday."
It's another victorious year for the Yankees, since before, they already been known for their numerous wins and right now, for another time, the sidewalk of the route will designed with a ticker-tape for them. It's another stunning moment for the New Yorkers. Come and witness the celebration.

According to reports as added, the parade can only accommodate small spaces so try to be early to catch the celebration. The parade will start at 11:00 A.M., so you need to rush in the early morning.
