The CNN Money news recently released the September 2009 unemployment rates in the entire states of United States of America (U.S.A). The top-most state headed to the largest rate of unemployment was Michigan, next is the Rhode Island and followed by California. Michigan unemployment rate reach 9.6 per state population, next is 9.3 for Rhode Island and followed by 8.4 of California.
