Daylight Saving Time in United States will start in the 2nd Sunday of March and will end on the 1st Sunday of November, and that will fall in November 1, 2009, today, because it’s now the first day of November which is also fall into the first Sunday of the month
The time will moves ahead for only one hour on March, and it will be move on November (therefore the saying "Spring forward, Fall back" refers to the time you need to set in your clocks).
