Robert Mormando was sentenced to served prison for 17 years last Monday, October 19, 2009. He was involved in 2003 shooting of the bagel store owner.
Surprisingly, Mormando shook the judge and the press as he admit that he was a gay and renouncing the mob.
Robert Mormando is a divorced father of two and became a government informant after the 2003 shooting. He's been living and hiding with the Mafia.
