This issue shook the world way back in the early 1970's when the experiment has been unveiled to uncover the story of the poor soldiers from Guatemala. It was a big scandal that involved the health department of United States along with few people who works behind of the Tuskegee Syphilis test. The Washington Post recently brought out their own documentaries that refresh and awakes our awareness about the viral illness that can be obtained from a sensual contact along with few other mentioned cause.
We don't find any treatment tips on this but everything has been focused with how they used to bring the Tuskegee disease to the Guatemalan soldiers, using prostitutes, and other means to be their subject in a long-term study that takes place for nearly three-decades. The government of United States apologize for this mess which has been discovered by those concerned folks working far from what they know before.
However, if you're not aware of this Tuskegee experiment or test, you can avail those books of Harriet A. Washington and Susan M. Reverby as well with James H. Jones to know the dark sides of the war way back on the middle of 20th century.
