Lindsay Cohen of KOMO-TV brought Ferrell David Arnold back to the hands of authorities because he is currently at-large from his grand theft as well in forgery case. The 32-years old man doesn't return to solve the court order given to him and he manage to hang around in Myrtie Edwards Park where people are celebrating for the annual Hempfest discriminating the use of weeds.
The woman heard of what the authorities trying to look for this day and has been driven by her initiative to cover the news from the above mentioned park. However, she is too lucky when she spotted a man really looks like Arnold and tried to asked for a several question together with her cameraman. By the time she tackled a question about his place, he then recognized the man hunted by police.
She suddenly call the attention of two officers taking for granted that what they are looking for is now on front of her.
